Your night will be tailored exactly as you wish with everything taken care of. We will bring everything, cook everything, serve everything, clean everything and disappear into the night…leaving you with nothing to do but enjoy, everything.
We believe in the simple, effective use of ingredients to minimise waste and maximise flavour. Using complementary combinations the existing flavours of a dish are enhanced whilst staying true to the original ingredients.
Menus unique to the personality of each client are designed with seasonality and provenance in mind. To accompany your meal we can craft beautiful cocktails; select a flight of wine; whatever your preference may be.
