The Food – Winter 2018/19
At Proof we love to use the changing seasons to inspire our cocktails and food specials.
We want to encourage an atmosphere of social eating with our great selection of sharing platters, handmade small plates and bar snacks; so order a few plates and share amongst your table.
All our ingredients are sourced from the fantastic local suppliers of Chorlton and prepared exclusively for us by @beehivefood. All dishes are gluten free where possible. Please ask about allergens
