Summer Solstice is here – summer has officially started!
We’re celebrating (hopefully in some sunshine) with our new summer cocktail menu. For you long-time Proof fans, you might remember the Basil Smash or Pink Mist, and for when things really get tropical, our Island Hopper will tick those boxes for hot summer refreshment.
